Inside the KAN Catalogue

The Kanellan catalogue runs on plate numbers. KAN001, KAN002, KAN003 and onwards. No album cycles, no filler EPs padded out to look busy. One plate at a time, finished properly, released when it hits the standard and not before.

Why plates, not playlists

The numbering comes from the way underground labels have always worked. A catalogue number on a record meant something: it was a mark of what the label stood behind. Kanellan borrows that discipline. If a track carries a KAN number, it has passed the only test that matters here, sounding right on a proper system in a dark room.

It also keeps things honest. The catalogue page shows the real status of every plate. Right now KAN001, "Lost in Dance", is coming soon: the artwork is up and the audio lands here first. KAN002 and KAN003 are locked until their time comes. When something is not ready, the site says so.

How releases will work

Every Kanellan release lands on kanellan.com first, available to buy directly from the site. Direct means no waiting on other platforms to decide when you hear it, and the people who backed the project earliest get looked after first.

That is what the early access list is for. The list hears every transmission before release day: first listens, release dates and new plate announcements straight to your inbox. No noise, no spam, just the music.

The standard behind every plate

Each KAN plate gets the same treatment: written for the dancefloor, mixed dark and clean, and mastered for club systems. The same engineering that goes into the catalogue is available to other underground producers through the Mixing & Mastering service.
